TERMS OF SERVICE — CoreEase™

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between CoreEase™ and any customer making a purchase on the trycoreease.com website (including all of its subdomains and international versions).

Any order placed on our website implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are pelvic floor training devices using PelvioTech™ technology, along with related accessories, marketed under the CoreEase™ brand.

The essential characteristics of the products (dimensions, use, care) are presented on each product page. Customers are encouraged to read this information carefully before purchasing in order to choose the product best suited to their needs.

CoreEase™ products are wellness and training devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They do not replace professional medical advice or treatment. In case of a medical condition, recent surgery, or any health concern, customers should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency, including any applicable taxes. CoreEase™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Promotional offers (bundle offers such as "buy 1, get 1 free", duo and trio packs) are valid while stocks last and for the duration indicated on the website.

Article 4 — Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer within minutes of validation.

CoreEase™ reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a stock shortage.

Article 5 — Shipping
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of order. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a firm commitment.

Shipping is free on all orders.

In the event of non-receipt of a package, the customer must contact us at contact@trycoreease.com. Any request for a refund or reshipment on the grounds of non-receipt will require the customer to provide the following two documents:

- A signed written statement confirming non-receipt of the package
- A copy of a valid photo ID (passport or national ID card), scanned or photographed

Without both documents, no further action can be taken on the request.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
In accordance with applicable consumer law, customers in the EU and UK have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of their order to cancel and return it without giving a reason.

In addition, CoreEase™ offers a commercial "60-Day Money-Back Guarantee" beyond any statutory period, available to all customers.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact contact@trycoreease.com within the applicable period.

Return conditions: for hygiene and safety reasons applicable to wellness devices in direct contact with the body, products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, clean, and with their hygiene seals intact. Any product returned in a different condition (soiled, damaged, without original packaging) may not be eligible for a full refund.

Article 7 — Product Exchange
If the product received does not suit the customer, CoreEase™ offers a free exchange while stocks last. The customer must contact contact@trycoreease.com within 60 days of receiving their order, specifying the desired replacement product. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, clean, and with its hygiene seals intact.

Article 8 — Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected, using the original payment method.

The refunded amount corresponds to the sum paid at the time of the order, less a flat administrative and payment-processing fee of $5 (or the equivalent in the local currency).

Article 9 — Liability
CoreEase™ cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product, use that does not comply with the recommendations, or an undisclosed specific health condition. Customers are encouraged to carefully read the usage and care instructions on the product page before purchasing.

CoreEase™ products are wellness and training devices. No promise of cure, medical treatment, or lasting resolution of any condition is made. The effects experienced may vary depending on individual physiology, conditions of use, and each user's state of health.

In case of persistent pain, a chronic condition, recent surgery, or any other medical concern, it is essential to consult a healthcare professional. CoreEase™ products do not replace medical advice in any way.

Article 10 — Personal Data
The data collected when placing an order is used only to process that order. It is never resold to third parties. In accordance with applicable privacy laws, customers may access, correct, or delete their data by contacting contact@trycoreease.com.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All elements on the trycoreease.com website (logo, brand, photographs, text, videos, illustrations) are the exclusive property of CoreEase™. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Customers are encouraged to contact us at contact@trycoreease.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Customers in the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
